I am researching Ritter relatives who lived in Ferris.The most recent record I've found is the death Jan 4, 1941 of William E Ritter a retired photographer. He was married. His mother's name was Virginia and a brother, Albert was married about 1905 to Sadie Elizabeth Cunningham. Albert was a baseball player and later a house painter. The Ritter family originally came from Carroll County, TN. According to the 1880, 1900, and 1910 census other siblings were Thomas J, Mary A, Ruban B, & Leonard H(his wife was Berta and their daughter Dorothy born in 1909. My grandfather Thomas J went back east to John Hopkins Dental School with the help of Dr Cyrus Scofield. Any help would be appreciated. Dave Ritter
