I am part owner of my house and my sons father(we were never married or lived together) is the other owner. My son was borned in 91 and just recently turned 18,now back in 95 my sons father took over the total mortage payment as child support, which I didn't have to pay any thing on the house, and back about 5 or 6 years ago he had me take my name of the the mortage(but my name is still on the deed)and now that my son has turned 18 and has moved out he wants me to pay rent on a house that is part mine. any suggestions
