Entomology

I am not an entomologist. I need help from one. There seems to be an infestation in my apartment complex. Is it possible for yall to identify one for me?

Anyone there at all? I will link up a picture of one if someone will identify it for me quick?

Will you please post a picture so that i can help you? We have to identify first your insect problem and later we can find a solution for that.
