I am not a deadbeat dad,quite the contrary.I have proved to family court-proof of payment,proof that I raised my kids,all to no avail.I have learned that family court and d.c.s.s are the same thing.The commissioner always sides with d.c.s.s.I am astounded by the disregard of proof positive against an unsubstantiated "claim" of non-payment.My question is-to what court do I pursue this? I am in total dis-belief that such a disgraceful agency exists.
