ImageJ

I am looking to use ImageJ to measure position and velocity of an oscillating beam in time. I currently have the ability to mark a point on the beam for each frame and calculate distance over time by calculating pixels per frame. The problem is I need to click on a point on the beam manually for each frame (which is thousands of frames per second).

Is there a way for ImageJ to track a point as it moves through the image over multiple frames so that I don't have to manually click the point on each frame?
