I am looking for my great-grandfather, William T. Hill, who married Lucinda Montgomery. They lived in Springerton, Mill Shoals Twp., White Co., Illinois and had a large family there.

Their last child was born the year that Lucinda died, 1880, I believe. That child was my grandmother, Florence Mae (Hill) Maddox, who later married James Arthur Maddox in Puxico, Missouri. Their son, Roscoe, was my father.

We have not been able to find any information on Wm. T. Hill after Lucinda Hill died. Her obituary said she was buried from the "Friends Funeral Home" in Springerton and was buried there.

I would like to know where she is buried and any information on Wm. T. Hill and his family.

I found a reference to him living in Blacks Twp. in Indiana at one time.

I really would appreciate any help I can get.
