I am looking for information regarding (police)training scenario (2005)at Kings Bay which involves simulated shooting using plastic bullets. Bullet proof vests are warn it is my understanding. I am trying to find out if the gun used in this scenario is mounted and if there is "ANY WAY" a person can get shot below the belt in unprotected area? This scenario is run by an instructor Byrd I believe. I look forward to any help.
