I am looking for a movie I am sure is by Any Sidaris because it so closely follows this genre.

It has a team of agents, both genders, going to Hawaii to stop or set up the bad guys.

1 woman team member is raped. Rapist get a grenade in the crotch.

1 scientific team member gets caught the airport with a rubber sex doll.

Scientific team member has a rifle that shoots about 5 miles which he sets up on a boat and assinates someone in a parking lot.

That's about all the specifics I remember.
