I am looking for a map showing the physical boundaries of unincorporated Gibsdonia. I am curious if there would be a benefit to its residents concerning utility rates and mineral rights and how corporations could be limited in profiting from our natural resources. Would we do not have the rights to control usage and rates charged since we are unincorporated. If anyone is interested in helping me reserch this, I think it is crucial as resources get sold to corporations etc. We could incorporate and start our own community energy grid etc., take back our water rites! Aqua utilities is spreading and unfairly profiting in these unincorporated areas.
