I am just not able to sit for bhajan simran. Even if I sit, I cannot concentrate at all. Please bless me that I do sit for bhajan simran with concentration. Thank You

U received the great "Namdaan" and in the eyes of babaji u r able to do bajan simran....Simran par batnne se pahle babaji ke agee pray karke simran par batao.U must blessed by BABAJI......

Read books before sitting, read at least for half an hour, it puts our mind in right focus, we cannot sit straight away with our mind loaded with worldly thoughts, mind should be made lighter before sitting, and books assist a lot, u can also sing bhajans if it suits you, or else reading book is recommended. rest begging infront of babaji is what all disciple is lastly left with.
