Port of Spain General Hospital

I am hoping to move to port of spain in the near future... my 18 month old has a rare genetic disorder ... CAH Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia . Do you have a clinic or a doctor you knows about and could treat this disorder ? He is on medication which has to be monitored every thee months !
