I am having problems rendering hi resolution images. No matter what resolution I set the render for the image always looks the same. (lo res) A 720ppi rendered jpeg image looks identical to a rendered jpeg at 200ppi.
For instance, I have 2 identical jpeg images 1024 x 768. The first image is rendered at 300ppi. The second image is a screen shot at 300ppi. The screen shot is clearly the better image. The rendered image looks as if it is slightly out of focus and has a coarse look to it. Screen shot jpeg images at 300ppi look better than a rendered jpeg at 720ppi. All rendered images the anti-aliasing was set to normal. Any feedback and/or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
