I am getting ready to have a large mural painted with an image of the sternwheller Sol Simpson that plyed the waters from Shelton, Washington to the capital city Olympia, Washington in the early 1900's.

To sell the idea, I have to become educated on the Simpson and it's importance to the development of early Shelton, Washington. Any information out there? Any info would be helpful.
