I am directly related by blood and heritage to the Melrose Abbey and to Melrose, Scotland. How and where would or could I go to find out who I was related to by marriage and blood in Scotland. Especially in the town of Melrose, Scotland and the Melrose Abbey. The biggest piece I have found so far is that Robert the Bruce's actual heart is buried in Melrose Abbey. Any help would be appreciated.
