I am confused i have a property manager for a single family home i live not far we cleaned the house before the tenants moved in...but i guess they were not happy the PM then hired cleaners and paid the 300 dollars to clean a perfectly clean empty house now the PM wants me to pay for it but states she cannot give me the mane of the sevice without there permission

It's right that you must have to insist for bill copy cause most of PM trying to make extra money from both of side. you have to take precaution in such type of case and take legally action if you found something wrong.
