I am an overseas chinese currently holding an Alien Residence Certificate and wish to know if it's possible to me to obtain an ROC national ID even without relatives having household registration here in Taiwan. I have been living here in Taiwan for the past decade or so but have to leave or depart Taiwan every six months. Thanks in advance
