I am an employee owned corporation & a corporate policy is if a customer is dissatisfied with a product they receive a refund, this is being abused. People will purchase products months later they want a refund after eating half the product,or they argue that items are buy one get one free when they clearly aren't. We have been forced to grant a refund regardless of the cost & they use coupons out of date. A majority of us are stockholders and this affects our profits.Also the corp. will reward the customer even when there is iron-clad proof that they are lying. Our employees recieve paltry pay increases of 10-25 cents a majority of us have had our companies healthcare plan taken away. They did this by changing the rules and now all employees basically have to work 30+ hours per week which means you really have to be full-time. How do we rectify these unjust policies.Probably the board does not even realize that we are wasting many thousands of dollars per store.
