I am an LDS and want to further my education in norway or scotland. How can I apply for the perpetual education fund for these two countries? I am from a developing country and I just finisn my bachelor degree in USA and I want to do my MBA in energy, oil, gas and petroleum in either norway or scotland. hope to hear from you soon.
