I am a student of Bioinformatics . doing my final year project. one of my project module involves protein-protein docking, in which i need to do dock Histone deacetylases with histone H3 protein. can anyone pl say me the the tool which is to be used for this protein protein complex docking.i have tried with autodock,Hex,Gram etc.none of them is working . so pl it s urgent.someone reply as soon as possible and help me .
