I am a single mom with two children, a girl that is 4 and a boy that is 3. Well when their dad and I separate my son was only 6 months old. Well they go to their dad's every other weekend. Well just now my son starting acts up at his dads house. Can Anyone give me some idea's that their dad and I can do with our son? That when he goes to his dad, he won't act up anymore.

The hardest obstacle is the two week seperation time. Chances are the "acting up" will always occur to some extent. This type of behavior in older children, is often a sign the child wants more recognition from that parent. In the case of a three year old it is just difference of familuarity and adjusting.
