I am a newly elected member of the board of directors of a home owners association. I am surprised to find that the president of the Board seems to direct and manage what board member s do. Even to the extent of editing, deleting, and rewriting the minutes of the committee of which I am the chair. He deletes items disussed and ccvered in committee meetings because another board member does not want these points mentioned becuase it might undermine what he is trying to do. This seems contrary to how a board should function. Am I correct?
