Hotdish

I am a cook at our local school. Wednesday, Jan. 6,2010 we had a hot dish down for our meal with fresh buns. We baked the buns. The hot dish had hamburger in it so we browned the hamburger then put the rest of the hot dish together but did not cook it because there was a possibility that school was going to get called off due to the weather. So we refrigerated the hot dish and froze the buns. We didn't get back to school until tomorrow, Monday, Jan. 11 so we're wondering if that hot dish is safe to bake and use Monday. I looked at it when I was at the school today and it looked fine but wondered if I should use it. It is made with hambuger, tomato paste,water and the mix for mocciolli(probably spelled wrong). Anyway what do you think?
