I am a civil engineer. Where can I find any research material on the physics of this phenomenon of washboarding ? How the speeding vehicle causes this? What are the dynamic forces that cause it like the kinetic force of the vehicle, the self weight of the vehicle and elasticity of the road. Has some material equations been developed on this.
