EditGrid

I am a Visual Studio 2010 developer and I am trying to find a way to access spreadsheets (for download) from an EditGrid account. I know there are .NET, Java and PHP functions to do this but I an not as familiar with them as I am with VS.
Has anyone figured out a way to do this?
