I am Vikram from India. I have been offered a Ph.D at Kings College, University of London, in the dept. of English. I want to apply for the British Commonwealth Scholarship for 2010. The nominating agency in India (Huaon Resource Development) has the minimum eligibility criterion of 60% at M.A. level. Unfortunately, I have 57% at M.A. level. I checked the criterion on the official website of CSP UK which clearly states that the minimum eligibility criterion is 55% at M.A. level. What should I do? Is there any way I can directly apply for the scholarship?
