ISTJs-what do you think about silent people gazing at you,obviously waiting near the school for you to come-then gazing at you and trying to catch you up(maybe to say you something-but yo don´t know that)?

Do you find those "gazing and gazing-never saying a word" people annoying? Do you find it acceptable when are those people apologizing for staring at you for so long and then trying to talk with you?

...mainly talking about myself and one concrete ISTJ I have been probably annoying a lot-and I want to apologize him and start talking to him,but I doubt I will ever be able to...
