Is that fine to hire Private Detective Agency to prevent the Internet crimes.. one of my friend suggested me go for it...since internet is the fastest and the most cost effective medium for international communication, it is also at a great risk of misuse by many, resulting in several cyber crimes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
