Salvation Message
The Bible says that in order to go to Heaven, one must be born again by the Spirit of God through receiving the Lord Jesus by faith alone. (Jn.3:3-7; Eph.2:8,9)
You can do this right now, in front of your screen!
First, you must recognize you are a sinner separated from a Holy God (In Romans 3:23 the Bible says "ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God".)
Man Is Separated
"The wages of sin is death" [spiritual separation from God] (Romans 6:23).
God is holy and man is sinful. A great gulf separates the two. Man is continually trying to reach God and the abundant life through his own efforts, such as a good life, philosophy, or religion -but he inevitably fails.
Second, you must reject any notion that you can be "good enough" to get to heaven on your own merits (In Galatians 2:16 the Bible says "For by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified".)
Third, you must accept the fact that Jesus Christ is God and that his death, burial, and resurrection is sufficient to redeem you from your sin (In Romans 5:8 the Bible says "But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us".)
God has bridged the gulf that separates us from Him by sending His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross in our place to pay the penalty for our sins
Fourth, you must accept Jesus' death as your payment to God for all your sins - past, present, and future (In Hebrews 10:12-14 the Bible says "But this Man (Jesus), after He had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God, from henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His footstool. For by one offering He hath perfected forever them that are sanctified".)
You can receive Him right now - why don't you ask Jesus to come into your heart, to forgive your sins, to cleanse you, to make you right before God?
(In Romans 10:9 the Bible says "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shall be saved".)
If you desire to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, why don't you make that commitment to Him today?
The following is a suggested prayer: Lord Jesus, I need You. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I open the door of my life and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Take control of the throne of my life. Make me the kind of person You want me to be.
