What is the percentage of employed Aboriginal people in Nhulunby to non Aboriginal employment?

Are there any current fishing, pearling, or trepang businesses or enterprises being run by the Yolgnu people at this present time?

This information is needed for a case study I have to do on creating a hypothetical SRA (Shared Responsibility Agreement)for my Masters degree, so any information will be greatly appreciated.
