Easy.. the faster you move the slower your clock runs as noticed by some inertial frame of reference .. this time dilation really becomes significant when you are near to the speed of light..
These are some implications of the theory of relativity..

But you can't go back in time with that method.
It's kind of lonely to move to the future and having to leave so many people behind. Once you travel, you won't feel at home nowhere, notime anymore. You see it all the time with people moving abroad, to another country. They look for people from their own country and cling together.
It's fascinating and appealing, all is better in the future(?). But you don't really want to. Let's wait for aliens to meet. That's more fascinating than rushing to a future. It's love that counts and getting rid of fear, suffering and lonelyness.

You would have to look into string theory to answere that question. Also quantum physics doesn't explain all aspects of this degree of relativity. You should also be aware that there are 11 dimensions that we are subject to, most people only speek of 4. look to read your reply
