You would have to determine the LHA of the body. Get an astrocompass, dial in your true heading, sight the body and read the LHA. GHA minus LHA = Longitude.

Now you know your approx. longitude so you can find the LHA of Aries. Use that to get the Q correction needed to get a Latitude by Polaris.

Now you have your approx. coordinates.
