Okay just so you know im no expert. From what i understand the best way to do this is: put one parakeet i one cage and the other in anouther and put the cages by eachother. IF they seem interested in eachother (Talking to eachother stuff like that) Than try putting one in the other cage. or let them both out at the same time and see if they play together. if they seem uninterested ine achother the best thing for you to do is just keep them in seperate cages.
