How do you add stripes to a pet your hexing when you are using the software:Pet Workshop? I have looked for answers on the internet, but found none. Please help!

When you are hexing a pet with the software: Pet Workshop, how do you get it so that when you take it out at the adoption center, the pet may have eye color variations such as the maine coon's eyes can be green or tan?
