How do I obtain engine room/fireroom statistics such as how many miles to the gallon of oil did we do, how many total sea miles did we travel (all these questions pertain to the WWII era only). What was the total amount of fuel we consumed during WWII? What was fastest speed made? Did we ever have any breakdowns in engine or fireroom and for what reason?

Next, did the Taylor have any crew members jump ship (AWOL), that were recorded in the ship's log? Were there any suicides or attempted suicides recorded.

Using your own words what kind of stress were you subjected to during your tour of duty on the Taylor. I know for sure I was stressed out many time and for various reasons.
Did we ever have a man or men fall overboard? Were they lost or did we manage to rescue them?

Are the ship's logs available to us former crewmen? If so, how do I obtain?
