How do I file an incident of injustice ?
I do not have an I-Pass so had to self pay
upon exit. I know the charge was suppose to
be $3.50 from SouthBend to Angola, But was
charged $11.50 .... $8.00 too much .
How to I register this incident of being over charged.
No attendent was on duty and I was trapped with
gate in front of me and a line of cars behind me. ..
so had to pay the $11.50
