How can you explain the ozone layer by evolution theory in the face of facts. no other planet in our universe has this blanket which is needed to permit existence of life and only soch can prodce oxygen which could be turned int ozone.

You cannot explain the ozone layer by evolution theory in the face of facts. Evolution supposes that we came from little cells which came from rocks. Well, rocks don't make oxygen, and the ozone layer needs oxygen to survive. So with no ozone layer, the cells we supposedly came from would be burned up, and thats the end of evolution.
