recently i encashed policies i had for 15 years that scrapped at 40% of their value.

i was looking at a site called www.petitioncrown.com it shows what seem to be incredible couns. I did research and to my estmation the coins over the last 20-30 years do not have less than a compound growth of 13.5%

what is your view of this narrow market?
