Hi,

i want to design a top contact p3ht OFET structure and plotting its output characteristic and transfer characteristic using silvaco athena and atlas.

i dont have the license for organic but my lecturer wants me to try to deposit inorganic material but change the properties with the organic material like the bandgap, permittivity,affinity etc.

i already design the structure using athena but when i specify the region for the organic material in atlas, the output says "no region specified for some range of coordinates" even though i already specify the coordinate for that region.(notes:i use germanium as my organic material right now because we dont have the license for organic library yet)

i hope anybody can tell me where is the wrong with my coding and help me with this problem because i am a new user of this software and besides, there is no example for ofet in silvaco website.
