I am in the process of developing a new business that will require a low speed wind tunnel. I have several needs that I wonder if you can help me with. Maybe I can help you too…

- I need someone to help me develop budgetary costs for the design, construction, and instrumentation of the wind tunnel
- I will need someone to actually design / specify it at some point down the road
- I will need someone to run and manage the wind tunnel when it comes into operation for the business

I was hoping that a university could help with the design and specification, and a current student might be the right person to be the one who runs and manages the facility after the business opens. I have made inquiries with limited responses.
