Hi my question is on the AS/NZS 3112 Standard and whether it requires you to have shutters on the outlets of surge boards in Australia. I realise that the pins themselves are required to have insulation and this may negate the need for shutters on surge boards, however as we know not all cables (specifically old cables) will have this insulation. Does anyone have any idea on this?
