Hi, just wanted to know about the prteus mirabilis bacteria. my father is diabetic and he has a wound on his right foot. there are two bacterias that were identified on his wound culture and one of these is proteus mirabilis, the other one is citrobacter freundii. currently, he's taking antibiotics: coamociclav and augmentin. we'r applying silver sulfadiazine for his wound. is there another ointment or antibiotic that we could apply for his wound for faster healing? thanks in advance :-)
