Hi jason my son has played rugby for highland rugby club in inverness. And last year had a bad break in his leg ,he is back play and we have started to train ih the gym togeather,he plays loose head +back row i have been doing basic training with him,cleans +chest press + squat but i need a good program for him any help would be great.
