Hi i'm kang need advices about business permits.. what i know is before you apply for business permit is you have to register your business in DTI.. i've already recieved an acknowledgement from them but stil waiting for the approval of DTI which will tell that I'm good to go for the application for business permit.. The problem is people from cityhall here in muntinlupa gave me already a notice and that i should secure my permits within 3 days.. is it legal for them to give notice knowing that the DTI hasn't given me approvals? they are telling me to secure my permits and diregard DTI registration... any comment pls...
