Hi, hola

I have a problem with my charango, with the chords I think. They sound fine played with no finger positions, ie any basic music chord, but if I try to make a note it comes out all tinny and anywhere on the instrument makes the same sound. It wasnt like that when I bought it!! I live in france where no one has even heard of a charango...
Any advice??? please???

Tengo un problema serio con mi charango, con las cuerdas creo. Hacen un son bueno se no pongo los dedos, pero se quiero hacer una nota musical sale un ruido muy feo. y siempre hace este ruido plano en qualquer parte del instruemento. No lo compr
