Just reading uh, your problem? 1st, got antifreeze mixed in Ur radiator? Good. 2nd, my thought is "junkyard" find of a 12volt or 6volt(Hemmings Motor News) radiator fan. Hemmings is gonna cost, but it'll work. Don't know pricing these days, haven't looked, but my thought is 'round $35? I had a '42 Studebaker champion that was 6 volt. Nothing to do w/ Ur problem, but I installed an 8 volt battery. Really cranked the starter, no problem! Never had overheating problems when I had the Studebaker(Indy).

Many of my contemporaries have heating problems due to many different reasons. With this engine it needs "de-clogging" and the correct thermostat. Go to www.kescom.co.uk and follow Triumph Roadster and scroll down for topics, go thermostat housing corrosion.
