Hi all,

Im actually not sure about the chromosome number in the Drone cells.
Because of the haploidy of 16 different chromosomes, it has to be 16 chromosomes at least (only from the mother). I heard that the drone doubles the 16 chromosomes to 32 in somatic tissues but i have no literature.

Does someone know about the gene expression level with only the half set of Allels?
