im an international student , so i sent my papers to this university from my country , and they accepted me
but the consulat told me that i need to be accepted on the campus either in order for him to give me the VISA to go study in bulgaria
and i wonder if there is away to contactcampus admnistrators so i can be accepted on the campus of the university too
