I'm new to ImageJ.I have some issue while using scalebar tool in ImageJ. I have an image on which using the scalebar tool. If i draw a line using the scalebar without zooming the image. It is drawing the line at the marked place.If i zoom the Image and draw the line for scalebar, it is placing the line different locations. I suspect that there might be problem with the pixel location, i have been passing but not able to figure out. If someone could provide a sample program code for drawing the line using scalebar might be helpful. Replies appreciated.
