Hi, My Photocopier Model MC560.
I turned it on, then dislayed a message: INPUT PIN ID at the Copy Mode function. Then It locked this function and not allowed to do photocopy.

I was suprised, because I never put in any the PIN ID to this machine. Now it is checking me and required INPUT PIN ID.
So what can I do now? Because I never have PIN ID.

I thinked have to reset the machine back to default of mamuafactory, but I don't know how to reset it.
Anyone know how to solve this problem, then advise me please!... or do by other way else better...!
