Hi jenerisa, the best way to get an answer to your question is to go to your school where you took your BSIT and ask the accounting dept or the office of the registrar regarding your status. you need to answer some preliminary questions such as "are you fully paid in your tuition fees when you enrolled?" "did you inform your school regarding your failure to take your exams?" "did you formally inform the school registrar that you wanted to quit and get the documents(not your requirements)you submitted to them. they are also the right people who can answer your question.
if you have not formally informed them... most likely you have some obligations to pay.
if have problems financially, try asking God in a very personal prayer... asking HIM through the name of HIS SON, Jesus Christ. He never fails to meet people's needs!
